Description:
As  mysql-workbench-bin cannot be launch directly, it should not be installed in /usr/bin

How to repeat:

Proposal: move it to /usr/lib*/mysql-workbench and fix the launcher.

Fixed as of the upcoming Workbench 5.2.43, and here's the changelog entry:

 On Linux, the "mysql-workbench-bin" executable is no longer installed
 under "/usr/bin/" because it cannot be executed directly. It was moved 
 to "/usr/lib*/mysql-workbench/".
