Description:
If you had a disk-based database that was growing in size, you could
use simple utilities like "df" to track the growth. Before your disk got full,
you would be able to plan a scheduled maintenance period to shut down
the database and upgrade the hardware.

Similarly, with MySQL Cluster, if a database is going to grow over time,
DBAs need a simple way to monitor resource utilization - especially
data memory and index memory.

A simple command in the management client (and also - even better - in
the mysql server) to report on a few parameters regarding resource
utilization at a storage node is all that is required.

If this information is available some other way (from the logs at a particular
log level, maybe?) please tell me and I'll forward it to the customer. Even
so, it is still a feature request to get easy one-step access to these statistics.
