Description:
mysqld *should complain* when you give him the --ndbcluster option, but it's not compiled
with it...

How to repeat:
Install a regular binary, or non-Max RPM... specify --ndbcluster option.

Suggested fix:
Add the check.

I agree that this is idiotic.

But it's made like this on purpose, as innodb has this behavior.

If your sure that we want to change this I'll be happy to do it.

source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
next release.

If necessary, you can access the source repository and build the latest
available version, including the bugfix, yourself. More information
