Description:
Wrong current root password result in a security setting error.

How to repeat:
1. Install a MySQL Server.
2. Create a DB in the installed MySQL Server.
3. Uninstall the MySQL Server without deleting the previously created server files (DB).
4. Install a MySQL Server.
5. Click "Next >" until you get to the "MySQL Server Configuration" page.
6. Enter a wrong "Current Root Password".

Expected Results:

Actual Results:
An error message indicating that the Installer was "Unable to update security settings" appear.

Suggested fix:
An error message indicating that the "Current root password" is not corect should appear.

Bug verified on windows 7x64.
