Description:
A number of constants/arrays was discovered to be incorrectly sized
when running a 32-node cluster with ndbmtd (8-threads)

This made the system fail to start.

Documented as follows in the NDB 7.0.24 and 7.1.13 changelogs:

      When using ndbmtd, a MySQL Cluster configured with 32 data nodes 
      failed to start correctly.
