While installing mysql-enterprise-5.0.92-winx64.zip, 
'License agreement' screen shows up

MySQL Software License Information
This software product is not publicly available software.  This software
product is MySQL commercial software and use of this software is governed by
your applicable license agreement with MySQL.

instead of Oracle Copyright.
 
LICENSE.mysql and README file shows the correct Oracle Copyright information as

Copyright (c) 2000, 2011, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
