Description:
The most common reason to include [TCP] sections in the config.ini file should be specify that specific NICs/IP Addresses should be used for connections between specific nodes.

The documentation for the TCP parameters (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysql-cluster-tcp-definition.html) doesn't describe the parameters needed to do this (HostName1 and HostName2). While these parameters are included in the example linked from there (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysql-cluster-tcp-definition-direct.html) they should also be included in the section describing the parameters.

Suggested fix:
Document the use of HostName1 and HostName2 with the other [TCP] parameters.

HostName1 and HostName2 also apply to [shm] and [sci]. Will fix this also.
