Should be 'log-level=level' or something like that not 'log-file=filename' cut and paste from previous entry error. Same for 2.2 manual.

The typo has been fixed in the 2.2 and 2.3 doc source.

Due to recent changes on the build side, we'll need to doublecheck if the updated HTML
makes it to dev.mysql.com/doc or if some extra build configuration is needed.
