Description:
Multiple messages appearing in the left-hand pane of the Workbench output window can no longer be selected and copied. This facility was available in Version 5.1.18. Indeed, after selecting one or more messages then clicking the right mouse button a box appeared containing:

    Copy Selected Messages to Clipboard
    Clear Output Windows

Both these functions are most useful.

How to repeat:
From the Model menu select Validation (SQL) and then Check Duplicated Identifiers (Additions). Attempt to select more than one message (left click on one message then hold down the Shift key and left click on another message). It cannot be done. Highlight a message and right click. No options box appears.

Suggested fix:
Put back the removed functionality.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.31 changelog:

It was not possible to select and copy messages in the Output window of MySQL Workbench. When messages were displayed it was no longer possible to right-click them and select either the Copy Selected Messages to Clipboard or the Clear Output Windows menu items.
