Description:
If an option (storing password) has been changed, on the next start
  Error while loading Options file "c:\Documents and Settings\Storcz
  Tamás.TRISTAN\Application Data\MySQL\mysqlx_common_options.xml' 
  Error Nr.: 1
message appears. The file is presented in the location mentioned.

How to repeat:
Remove mysqlx_common_options.xml to start from scratch
Start app, get Options dialog, make a change in General Options than apply.
Restart app, the message appears.

Suggested fix:
I suspect the path...

I have the same problem on WinXP SP1, default character set windows-1250 Central European (windows) - Czech, filesystem uses czech characters (C:\Documents and Settings\uživatel\Data aplikací\MySQL\mysqlx_common_options.xml).

-> file mysqladmin_health.xml unreadable

I uploaded a internal version 1.0.10.2 today. You can download this release from

ftp://ftp.mysql.com:/pub/mysql/download/mysql_administrator_gpl.msi

A number of é and á issues were addressed in this version, but we might have overlooked something. Please try to verify the bug with this version.
