Description:
Incorrect chinese path in "Open Existing EER Model" (home tab).
All chinese character becomes square symbol and show 'File not accessible'

How to repeat:
1. Open any EER model file from a chinese folder. (example: D:\中文字\Test.mwb)

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 8.0.12 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Chinese characters in the file path of an existing MySQL model were
misrepresented and rendered the file inaccessible.
