Description:
When building the regex library on windows, the two files split.c and debug.c are built unnecessarily. This causes the symbols in those two c files to be exported in for example mysqld.def and may collide with definitions in plugins trying to link with mysqld. 

The two files above are only meant to be built together with the test programn in main.c and should thus not be part of my_regXXX functions.

How to repeat:
vcbuild MySQL.sln

Suggested fix:
Don't build the above mentioned files.

The Windows build for MySQL would compile the split.c and debug.c files unnecessarily, causing additional symbols to be included in mysqld.
