Failures while syncing the relay log info are not omitted

How to repeat:
Check the function Relay_log_info_file::do_flush_info() in sql/rpl_rli_file.cc.

      The call to my_sync in Relay_log_info_file::do_flush_info() was
      not reporting any failure.
