Description:
The backup_engines/t/backup_partitioning.test
has the following comment:

#All the maintenence operations of partitions like ANALYZE, OPTIMIZE
#REPAIR are currently disabled in 6.0 and 5.0.
#Bug#20129
#We can include these operations in the test case once this bug is fixed.

Bug#20129 has been fixed, so we should test those operations,
or remove this comment.
