Description:
When user click a tab in QB the text area should have it's .Focus property set to true, so Mousewheel events are read immeadiatly.

How to repeat:
1. Load up 2 largish scripts that force verticle scrollbars
2. Switch between them and try to scroll using mouse wheel

RESULT mousewheels are ignored.  User has to manually click text area.
