Description:
In the official package, these obsoleted configure options were used.

1) No need to specify in MySQL 5.1
--without-ndbcluster, --without-example-storage-engine

2) Obsoleted expression in MySQL 5.1(These will be converted from --with-<plugin_name> to --with-plugins=plugin_name).
--with-plugins=partition,innobase,archive,blackhole,federated,csv

Many user refere the result of the official package(usgin mysqlbug), so 
we should modify these settings without any errors(including warnings).

How to repeat:
See an output for mysqlbug of the official package.

Suggested fix:
Eliminate 1) options for configure.
Change expression 2) options for configure.

While it would seem for this to be a trivial fix, it's actually way more complicated than it needs to be and I'm not really confident that without a huge amount of testing I might not break some corner case by implementing this change in our build scripts.

However, we are in the process of migrating builds over to a new pushbuild-based architecture and this will be much easier to implement there, so I will make a note to do so.  This work may not be complete for some time, though.
