Description:
layer resize is difficult at low zoom (35% or less for a 4x4 page diagram size), no mouse pointer change on the dragable corner.

How to repeat:
Place several tables, zoom out 25-35%, try try to resize them

Suggested fix:
do not zoom out draggable boxes or change mouse pointer so user knows when drag

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.2.2 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Draggable boxes were difficult to locate when the model view zoom was
lowered.
