Description:
Event buffer lag reporting did not happen before.  With introducing it in CGE-6.2 it will start reporting lag, and fill up cluster log

Documented in the NDB 6.2.16 and 6.3.16 changelogs as follows:

        Event buffer lag reports are now written to the cluster log.
