Fixed in 2.0 revision-id:jganderson@mysql.com-20080516163100-rblm28i40ho2bb72 Adding the upgrade advisor key to the certified rule list. Note that there's probably a better way to determine if a category/advisor is certified but that goes beyond the scope of this bug and would require some advisor bundle updates as well...

Verified fixed in bld 2.0.0.6040. There is NO "rename" link next to the Upgrade category on the Manage Rules page.

An entry was added to the 2.0 changelog: A “rename” link incorrectly appeared next to the Upgrade category on the Manage Rules page.
