Description:
The translation of the "add row " button on the rule difinition winodw is wrong. I should be "変数を追加".

How to repeat:
At manage rule page, click "copy" of any rule.

Suggested fix:
Change the translation of the "add row" button from "ロウの追加" to "変数の追加".
