Description:
The ndbd and ndb_mgmd manpages are in the wrong section. Since they are daemons, their
manpages should be in section 8. 

How to repeat:
Install a package with cluster. Look for the manpages for ndbd and ndb_mgmd

Suggested fix:
Change their section from 1 to 8.
