Description:
The database dropdown is only a few lines, which makes it hard to navigate when there are
more than a few database names.

How to repeat:
Try to set up a DSN on a server with a lot of databases. 

Suggested fix:
Make it bigger!

Adjusts dropped list height dynamically, but it doesn't make it longer than some constant
(currently 20)

A note has been added to the 5.1.4 changelog: 

The dropdown selection for databases on a server when creating a DSN was too small. The
list size now automatically adjusts up to a maximum size of 20 potential databases.
