Description:
If the SQL thread stops while executing a transaction (before executing the
COMMIT), then the position stored in relay-log.info is the position of the
query which was being executed, not the position of the BEGIN. Whereas
rollback has occured on the slave. So replication will later restart too far.

in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at
