r5925 - committed to 2.0. Note that this included an update of the japanese properties to the current 1.3 version. Since the properties were not kept up to date with the default, this was the easiest solution and the resources.properties file will be brought up to date with the japanese properties as 1.3 bugs are fixed in 2.0. There may be further changes necessary for the ja files but this will be requested at the end of the 1.3 port process.
