Description:
If the "On Save send test trap" checkbox is checked when the save button is clicked and the locale is set to Japanese, the orange error banner is shown at the top with an error message in Japanese.

How to repeat:
- install and bring up Dashboard
- after entering first time login info, set Locale to Japanese
| now everything is in Japanese so it may be hard to remember what things are
- Settings tab, Global Settings page, SNMP Traps section
- fill in Target, Port, and check "On Save send test trap"
- click save button
| orange banner appears at the top of the page
