Description:
When scheduling a rule against a server that doesn't support the data collection items in that rule, the error dialog that is shown is not the correct/usual one - it is an orange dialog with scroll bars and the close button in the upper right corner.

How to repeat:
- install the 1.3 dashboard and agent
- log into the dashboard and start the agent
- load the 1.3 advisor bundle
- go to Advisors tab, Add to Schedule
- click "schedule" link on Administration - Binary Logging is Limited rule
- click schedule button on Schedule popup
| see orange "An Error Occurred" dialog instead of regular one

Minor thing - noticed that when you schedule multiple rules by clicking the checkboxes, if you get that dialog...the checkboxes for the rules that are scheduled are not unchecked.

I quick code comparison between 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 shows that the server backend that builds these message lists does not appear to have changed.

The UI went through a large popup refactoring post 1.2.0 and some of the DoSchedule.java logic has changed slightly so I'm reassigning to Josh.

It turns out this new dialog is as designed to remedy the old popups that sometimes would be so long that the text would extend beyond the screen. The one problem is that it flashes in the upper left before being positioned on the center of the screen...so that is basically this bug now.
