Description:
According to the change log the functionality for tracing has been removed from the driver, so those options should be removed from the GUI

How to repeat:
Open the MyODBC DSN configure GUI and look at the Advanced/Debug page

Removed the driver call trace checkbox. Note that
the query log is still in if debugging is enabled.

I set state "Patch pending" and Lawrin as reviewer,
as this has to be changed in the new native Windows
interface as well. The change to the Qt dialog is
committed.
