A patch for bug#13766 is still not accessible via GUI options tab.

Patch is pretty simple. And it misses Qt part so far.
Fixed one warning(about swprintf) as well.

An entry has been added to the 5.1.7 changelog:

Option for handling bad dates was not available in the GUI.
