Description:
Hello,
If for some reason the window for either Administrator or SQL Browser goes off screen you cannot get it back. This is because for some bizarre reason probably only known to the developers, the context menu for the icon only has close/minimise. There is no Restore, Move or Size.

This means you cannot get the window back. This can happen for various reasons (e.g. screen resizing, or in my case I use dual monitors and it got lost).

What is doubley bad and probably cause for another bug report is that in the uninstall program you are not uninstalling properly, you are leaving around (somewhere) mysql values. In this case the co-ordinates and other details. So, after uninstalling and reinstalling to try and fix the above problem, it failed because your uninstall program doesn't clean up properly.

How to repeat:
Right click on the administrator or sql browser application and you'll see there is no option to move, size, etc. despite it being a movable, resizable application window.

Suggested fix:
1. put it in like all proper windows applications should - in fact, yours is the very first application I've ever seen that has these options missing.

additionally,
2. perform a proper clean up during your uninstall.

Thank you for a bug report. "Restore" option is there, for both tools (do you want a screenshot from my XP SP2?). But there are no "Move" and "Size" options, without any good reason. So, it is a bug.
