Description:
During redo invalidation loglap is compared using == instead of >=
E.g

S0 (2) S1 (2) S2(1) S3(1) S4(1)

"correct" lap is 1
invalidation code will then *not* invalidate S0 S1
which will cause bugs on later restarts...

This is a potential crash every time redo invalidation *should* wrap
(on subsequent restarts)
