Noted in 5.0.40 changelog. Binary distributions for Solaris and Mac OS X did not include shared libraries.

Changed wording slightly (per build team request) to make it clear that all platforms ship with shared libraries now, except AIX.

This appears to affect 5.0.40 as well (mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.40-solaris10-sparc) now that shared libraries are being distributed in this version, that were not previous (bug #16520)
