Description:
Explain button disabled after Compare button is clicked.

How to repeat:
1) Enter a simple SQL Query. (Explain is enabled)
2) Click Compare.
-- Receive error "Only two resultsets can be compared. Use the [Split Tab] function in the grid's popup menu to get a second grid."
3) Click OK.
-- Explain button is disabled. Menu Query->Explain is still enabled and functional.

Suggested fix:
Don't disable the Explain button when the Compare button is clicked and the noted error is received. Should this have disabled the Compare button, but disabled the Explain instead?
