Description:
ndb_connectstring is not reported in show global variables
but is set in my.cnf

How to repeat:
show global variables like 'ndb_c%';

| Variable_name        | Value |
+----------------------+-------+
| ndb_cache_check_time | 0     |
+----------------------+-------+

Suggested fix:
add output to show variables
