Description:
if the agent is remotely monitoring mysqld the agent should not report that it can collect OS information.

1) Agent - If monitored IP not in network interface list, assume remote monitoring and disable "environmental" DCs (OS, etc.). 
2) Server - handle "unsupported" icon if we use one
3) UI - 
  a) show "unknown" icon in heat chart (or possibly show new "unsupported" icon)
  b) graph will not show any data (probably OK as is)

Verified fixed in service manager build 2.0.0.7122, agent build 2.0.0.7111, with advisor bundle 2.0.0.7120.

An entry was added to the 2.0 changelog:

When the Service Agent was remotely monitoring a MySQL server it  incorrectly reported that it could collect operating system information.
