Description:
The cluster binaries are missing the defaults file related options like --no-defaults from their --help output 

How to repeat:
ndb_mgm --help

Suggested fix:
add print_defaults() calls to all

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:
