Description:
ndb_error_reporter and ndb_config are not part of any RPM package for MySQL Cluster.

How to repeat:
DL RPM, install it and check.

Suggested fix:
Include it

also ndb_size.pl and ndb_size.tmpl should always be included

increasing prio on this as we _really_ want people to start using ndb_error_reporter

setting show stopper as I dont think we should make _any_ more releases when these
  arent included
