Description:
While working on WL#3023 Mats discovered a case where NDB was generated extra table map events. Pekka is aware of the issue, I'm creating a bug report so that this is not lost.

How to repeat:
elliot|sorrento pekka, ok, I write one now. anything I should put in 'how to reproduce' ?
pekka elliot|sorrento: only by looking at debug printouts
