How to repeat:
 create table t1 (a int key) engine=ndb;
 create table t1 (a int key) engine=ndb;
 create table t1 (a int key) engine=ndb;
 rename table t3 to t4, t2 to t3, t1 to t2, t4 to t1;

on a second master, show binlog events:
