Thank you for a problem report. Please, send the results of the SHOW CREATE TABLE user_states statement. What version of MySQL server are you connecting to?

I am using MySql 5.0.18-nt. Here's the results you asked for: 'user_states', 'CREATE TABLE `user_states` ( `user_id` int(11) NOT NULL default '0', `state` varchar(2) NOT NULL default '', `uid` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment, PRIMARY KEY (`uid`), KEY `FK_user_states_users` (`user_id`), CONSTRAINT `FK_user_states_users` FOREIGN KEY (`user_id`) REFERENCES `users` (`user_id`) ON DELETE CASCADE ) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 COMMENT='InnoDB free: 11264 kB; (`user_id`) REFER `recruiting_listser''

I have been dealing with the same issue. Changing UInt16 or UInt32 to the corresponding Int in the parameter definition made it work.
