Description:
In the refman-4.1-en.a4.pdf revision 864 documentation (relased 2006-01-17) there is minor bug. Just before chapter "2.12. Operating System-Specific Notes" on page 133 (or 154) there is some fixed-width texts (ALTER TABLE mysql.user CONVERT TO ...) which NOT FIT the A4 paper.

How to repeat:
Open refman-4.1-en.a4.pdf in Adobe Reader 6.0 or Foxit PDF Reader, see page 133 (or 154 - pdf pages are not the same as paper opages) and watch the text right before chapter 2.12. The bug was discovered on Windows XP, but it may appear on other platforms.

Suggested fix:
Use smaller fonts or break the lines.
