Description:
INSERT DELAYED crashes mysqld with this error message:

Assertion failed: (query && mysql_bin_log.is_open()), function binlog_query, file sql_class.cc, line 2519.

How to repeat:
Start a fresh mysqld, then run these queries:

drop table if exists t1;
create table t1 (a int);
insert delayed into t1 values (10);

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/
