Description:
mysqlhotcopy tries to copy 'information_schema' database

this is because mysqlhotcopy does 'show databases' which includes 'information_schema' in output.

How to repeat:
$ sudo mysqlhotcopy --regexp=. /tmp/
Cannot open dir '/var/lib/mysql/mysqldb/db/information_schema': No such file or directory at /usr/bin/mysqlhotcopy line 289.

Suggested fix:
skip copying of information_schema "database" for mysql versions >= 5.0.x
