Description:
Executing several "enter single user mode" quickly will shutdown cluster

How to repeat:
use 2 ndb_mgmd and connect 2 clients
hit "enter single user mode" on one client and quicky hit "enter single user mode" over
and over on the other

fixed in 5.0.14,  will not be fixed in 4.1
