Description:
ndb_restore fails if parallellism > support in configuration

and does not give a error message that makes you understand what happened
when parallellism is too high for the configuration of cluster

How to repeat:
run ndb_restore with NoOfConcurrentTransactions < 128 on a backup with > 128 rows

use e.g. bank tests

ndbapi/bank/bankCreator
ndbapi/bank/bankTransactionMaker

--- run for a while before taking backup
--- clear database
--- restore
